Owner and Founder
Jared started in the landscaping business with a crew that consisted of only himself. His original business, Jared Daniels Landscaping, was established in 1997 and later evolved into Cultural Landscapes, Inc in 2007. He hired like-minded individuals, those who were career driven with a wide knowledge in landscaping. Today, Jared and his crew continue to serve the community by offering quality and affordable landscaping services and more.
Scott Obrian
Grounds Maintenance Division Manager
Scott is a passionate and hardworking member of the Cultural Landscapes team. He is what you call a total plant guy and has a fantastic eye for color when arranging flowerbeds. Scott has been in the landscape business for over 30 years and his favorite work task is creating container displays. He has been a crew member at Cultural Landscapes for over five years and now runs the grounds maintenance division.
austin Daniels
Hardscaping & Construction Division Manager
Austin began working for Cultural Landscapes when he was fourteen and became fascinated with landscaping. After high school, he attended Delaware Valley University and received his B.S. in Landscape Design/Build. Austin now manages the hardscaping, construction and landscaping division, sharing his knowledge and passion with his crew. He is also Certified in Hardscaping Interlocking Concrete (ICP).
matt DeLuca
Lawn Division Manager
Matt has worked at Cultural Landscapes for over fifteen years and enjoys the tasks involved with lawn care. From mowing to overseeding - he’s your guy! He is extremely knowledgable in this field and offers exceptional and thorough services. Matt manages the lawn division and oversees multiple crews making sure our clients’ properties are well cared for.
Sasha and Sky
Office Administrative Assistants
Sasha and Sky enjoy the outdoors, running, digging holes and chasing squirrels in their spare time. They are always eager to meet and greet people that come into the office, especially if they have treats. They get caught sleeping on the job a lot, but they are too cute to submit a complaint to the HR department.
Ryan Carhart
Mechanic/Construction Specialists
Ryan has worked at Cultural Landscapes for over 10 years assisting and learning all of the aspects of landscaping, hardscaping, and construction. During this time Ryan has advanced his knowledge by obtaining a degree in Automotive & High performance. Ryan takes care of equipment maintenance and repairs along with working in the field on hardscaping and construction projects.
Maria Daniels
Director of Marketing & Sales/ Realtor
Maria worked as a medical assistant for 25 years. In 2019, she got her real estate license as a second occupation. She loves indoor and outdoor plants, creating a jungle-like feel in her home. Maria manages customer contact, organizes meetings and permits, and handles business marketing through online ads, mailers, social media, and videos for Cultural Landscapes.
